All we can say is horrible service!! This company has been out over four times to my mother home and can not fix the problem. The tech that has been coming out comes out with an attitude, like we are bugging him. Sorry buddy, but this is your job. Says on the site that they work on all makes and models. This guy had no clue what he was doing. Calling the owner about 3 times when at my moms home to ask questions. Even the owner didn't know what to do. Tried to get another tech out and the owner said this is all he has. We asked for the owner to come out and fix the problem, he said he couldn't because he is over 70yrs old and doesn't do calls anymore. Might want to get another tech or train them better, but I guess if the owner doesn't know what he is doing how can he train his techs right. The owner of the company told my mother that my water softener system is over 7yrs old and that is the best water she will get with the age of the system and tried to sell her a new system for over $1200.00 that was the fifth time she called to schedule service. she paid them over $300.00 and owner will not issue a refund. We are not happy and she will never use this company again.
She finally called and went with another company and found out that they put is used parts which was suppose to be a new valve rebuild. The new company changed the parts with new ones that cost her $175.00 and now the system works great. kind of strange that old parts cost over $300.00 and new ones cost $175.00 ummmm! She now has soft water after the new company finished there job and the service was friendly and he didn't need to contact his boss every couple of minutes. My mother asked the other company is this a rare unit to work on and he said no. This unit has been around for a long time and very easy to work on. Any tech that has not seen this system, is not experienced at all. The life span on my mother system should be 15-20yrs.
After the other company finished my mother called Rogers Water Owner Mr. [redacted] and he told her that he would not do a refund and that I could just keep the parts. she said the used one's and that is when he hung up on her. It is to late to cancel the check she wrote, so she has asked me to write review and hope no one else will go through what she did.
