All we can say is horrible service!! This company has been out over four times to my mother home and can not fix the problemThe tech that has been coming out comes out with an attitude, like we are bugging himSorry buddy, but this is your jobSays on the site that they work on all makes and modelsThis guy had no clue what he was doingCalling the owner about times when at my moms home to ask questionsEven the owner didn't know what to doTried to get another tech out and the owner said this is all he hasWe asked for the owner to come out and fix the problem, he said he couldn't because he is over 70yrs old and doesn't do calls anymoreMight want to get another tech or train them better, but I guess if the owner doesn't know what he is doing how can he train his techs rightThe owner of the company told my mother that my water softener system is over 7yrs old and that is the best water she will get with the age of the system and tried to sell her a new system for over $that was the fifth time she called to schedule serviceshe paid them over $and owner will not issue a refundWe are not happy and she will never use this company again She finally called and went with another company and found out that they put is used parts which was suppose to be a new valve rebuildThe new company changed the parts with new ones that cost her $and now the system works greatkind of strange that old parts cost over $and new ones cost $ummmm! She now has soft water after the new company finished there job and the service was friendly and he didn't need to contact his boss every couple of minutesMy mother asked the other company is this a rare unit to work on and he said noThis unit has been around for a long time and very easy to work onAny tech that has not seen this system, is not experienced at allThe life span on my mother system should be 15-20yrs After the other company finished my mother called Rogers Water Owner Mr [redacted] and he told her that he would not do a refund and that I could just keep the partsshe said the used one's and that is when he hung up on herIt is to late to cancel the check she wrote, so she has asked me to write review and hope no one else will go through what she did
