Responding Back Roggeman Air Conditioning is not making StatementsWe also have documents to back up what we have stated as well.Mrs [redacted] is stating she called timesShe did! She called for the first service call back on 9/28/which we performed the service, she signed the ticket, and paid the billShe called a second time on 10/11/stating the unit was not working again which we sent a tech out to recheck the system, did repairs, spoke with husband (which he was satisfied with the service), he signed the second ticket and there was NO CHARGE to the customerThe final call she made was in the beginning of February complaining about a service that was done months priorWhich at that time we were not going to come out as a NO CHARGE again for the second timeWe have ladies running the office and Mr [redacted] (The Boss) that is very aware of every service call, install, repairs, etcthat is going onNow when she called in February (months later) she was very argumentative & rude with me in the officeShe wanted another service done at no charge and upset she did not get that, which in return threatened to contact You the Revdex.comThank YouRoggeman Air Conditioning

Good Morning, This is *** (Office Personnel) that dealt with Mrs*** over the phoneI have been with *** for years and I know how he does businessLet me give you how the service call actually wentShe called and asked for serviceI sent a technician out to do the repairs
which is a min drive one way for us to travelWe charge from shop to site and back in our service call to let you knowOur rate is $per hour which is extremely reasonable in this areaThe tech went out and did that job on 9/28/She called back on 10/11/ and stated that the problem was not fixedI sent a different technician that I had available at the time (I have an invoice to prove it) & he worked on the equipmentWe did not charge the customer for the return and repairThe tech did state a few things to help with some of the issues they were having to the homeowner that he could do to save moneyOne of those issues was lack of insulation in the attic which can cause the house not to cool at its greatestShe then calls back at the first of February complaining that the unit was not working again and was quick to blame the service that was done months prior I told her we could come out and do a service call but she would be chargedShe did not like that and was stating things that were not true at the timeMr*** has always been a person of honesty on service, installs, and repairsIf we feel we did something wrong or did not do the job at 100%, we will come back and there is never a chargeGuaranteed!!! She wanted something for nothing months later and we don’t do service like thatWe are a businessIt costs us to run those trucks and pay for that service technicianI am sorry that she is unsatisfied with our services but WE do feel that the service done back in was Properly PerformedThere should be NO DISPUTE over $We don't SCAM individualsand Never take Advantage of Anyone Thank You and Have a Great Day

Responding Back  Roggeman Air Conditioning is not making False Statements. We also have documents to back up what we have stated as well.Mrs. [redacted] is stating she called 3 times... She did! She called for the first service call back on 9/28/17 which we performed the service, she signed the ticket, and paid the bill. She called a second time on 10/11/17 stating the unit was not working again which we sent a tech out to recheck the system, did repairs, spoke with husband (which he was satisfied with the service), he signed the second ticket and there was NO CHARGE to the customer. The final call she made was in the beginning of February complaining about a service that was done 4 months prior. Which at that time we were not going to come out as a NO CHARGE again for the second time. We have 2 ladies running the office and Mr. [redacted] (The Boss) that is very aware of every service call, install, repairs, etc. that is going on. Now when she called in February (4 months later) she was very argumentative & rude with me in the office. She wanted another service done at no charge and upset she did not get that, which in return threatened to contact You the Revdex.com. Thank YouRoggeman Air Conditioning
