I have cancelled the garbage service by sending a post card, calling and by letter It has been a month and no one has come to collect the trash cans
I have cancelled the garbage service by sending a post card, calling and by letter It has been a month and no one has come to collect the trash cans The owner called me after I called and said some one would be by in a few days to collect the cans, but no one has come It's been a month now I just want them to pick up their cans as I have cancelled their service

I am being billed for services not rendered and they will not remove their trash can from my property
About *** I notified them by mail that as of *** I no longer need them to pick up my trash as I was switching to another company and requested that they remove their trash can from my propertyAs of this date, *** they have not removed the trash can and I received a bill from them for *** trash serviceThey have not picked up any trash from my property since ***I wrote a second letter to them on *** along with a payment for *** trash service requesting that they remove their trash canI have also called and left messages on their answering machineEvery time I have ever called this company I get an answering machine and no responseThey have never billed me on time and now, in ***, they have billed me for *** services never rendered

This company is months behind on paymentsIn *** we received a bill for *** (Where is ***/***/***)? There is also no way to pay your bill onlineYou can only pay it in cash if you see them on the street or a Money Order sent to the PO Box address - this is ***- there should be an option to pay onlineI am not sure why this company is behind which is one reason why we have cancelledWe just want the final bill/s and our Trash Cans picked-up
