We entered into a contract with Mr. H, Jr. on October 26, 2018 and Mr.,stated that our major house renovation project would be completed by May 31, 2019. He was unable to complete the project by that date and he subsequently provided a series of completion dates for the project and was unable to complete the work. The renovation project remains uncompleted. We have filed a complaint with the Washington Attorney General, File ***.
At this time we are doing everything with in our power to complete this project.

I am rejecting this response because: There has been no work completed at our property since March 19th (deck pour), prior to the deck pour there has been no work at our property prior to the end of February, when the pavers were partially installed. Now adding a 2-3 month delay due to the Coronavirus, this project will not be completed until July? That's OVER A YEAR AFTER YOU SAID THE PROJECT WOULD BE COMPLETED (May 31, 2019). I don't think this is the best you can do. The best you can do is finish this project, immediately.
