His bullying, false accusations, and threats of legal action are pathetic.I did a Google search of “fading cracking silkscreen” and website after website states it’s an issue with curing. [redacted] says it’s one of the “Top 5 mistakes a new screen printer makes”. [redacted] admitted himself it was a curing issue that had caused the cracking and fading when it was brought to his attention. What do I have to gain regarding the allegation of sabotaging the shirts? Absolutely nothing. I spent just as much, and in some cases more, on shipping charges than what the shirts cost me initially.  A great deal of time, effort, and money was spent on getting my logo just perfect. I approved the proof based on what was provided to me. There was no mention of varying color or quality based on actual printing. The silk screened shirts were not the correct blue plain and simple. The “Direct To Garment, DTG” shirts were.  Side by side there is a huge difference between the two printing styles. The silk screened “blue” of the logo [redacted] printed is almost black as the photos show. This is unacceptable given the fact he randomly picked a blue color and considered it good enough. There was no mention despite the direct questioning of [redacted] when the garments were picked up at his garage regarding any special washing instructions either verbally or written. Contrary to [redacted]’s accusations, these are not shirts worn solely by myself and my family, they are also shirts worn and washed by my customers across Canada and the USA.To summarize my order with Rogue Star:1.  The order quantities were not correct based on the proof he sent when the order was initially picked up.2.  Both the silk screened and DTG shirts have issues with cracking and fading. There are shirts returned from my customers that are brand new, unworn, and unwashed that have cracking in spots in the screening. There are shirts with fading and cracking after a single wash.  3.  The blue is incorrect on the silk screened shirts.4.   I am left with no shirts correctly completed or refund as requested.I am satisfied with his response, absolutely not.
