Unfortunately things are not quite as Mr*** has presented in his complaint. Mr*** borrowed money from us. He did not pay this money back in a timely fashion whatsoever. After months we took Mr*** to court and were awarded a judgement against him.Many many
months later he is apparently trying to purchase a house and expects us to drop everything and provide him copies, faxes and emails of something that was sent out within hours of his initial request. He claims to have not received same.Court records are public, anyone could have done what I have done. I simply looked up his case on-line and can easily see his status. This correspondence is addressed to our office of Noble Finance in San Antonio, TX. However, we do not find an account belinging to *** ***. Perhaps the address on the letter is simply misapplied - if I could find out the actual office location wherein Mr*** has an account, I
would be able to look into the allegations brought forth
