[redacted] [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The technician didn't offer me a quote on fixing the unit because he said it was to dirty and needed replaced. The company that did come out and clean it said there is no case or enclosure missing from this unit. the unit is 9 years old which is not old for an ac and furnace system. The technician came here and charged me 379.00 and that was the fee for them coming out. They are clearly being dishonest once again. I was never quoted anything but a whole new unit needed to be put in technician said it could not be cleaned it was too dirty. That is why I got a second opinion from someone else. If he would of been honest and said it just neede a good cleaning that would of been great. He'd not. He had a salesman knocking on my door 9am the next day. To sell me a new unit. Preston E [redacted] was the salesman. I had my unit cleaned and it works great. It did not even need repaired for parts or anything the company I used cleaned everything's done it runs like brand new one hour heating are defrauding hard working people. Obviously it is all thru the business from bottom to top Regards, [redacted]

The system was in poor condition The technician noted that half the upper cabinet was missing from the ac coil This was probably the cause of all the dirt that was on the coil The repair that the other company did would have cost more had we done the repair Based on that
information we recommended replacement That being said, the one place my technician went wrong was that he didn’t quote the actual repair cost We give the customer the option to have the system fixed and if its more than the customer wants to put into an older system they have the option to look at a replacement Just because something can be fixed doesn’t always mean it should be You can spend more time and money on a piece of equipment that shouldn’t be fixed It’s sometimes better to replace it But that is up to the customer not us Had the customer chose to use us for the repair or replacement the monies spend would have been credited to either one, either the repair or replacement. This was the first time during our service contract that someone came out to check the heating equipment Rob Cwas delightful, friendly, is a huge animal lover and was as professional as could be Oh - he did a great job making sure our house is ready for the winter, too I have been very happy with the jobs everyone from this company has performed from scheduling to maintenance Thanks!

The Service Pro, Rob C came today for my yearly checkup on the air conditioning unit He was very professional and considerate Rob was pleasant and did an excellent job of checking out the unit, making sure everything was working the way it should I am so glad we chose this company for our maintenance agreement I would highly recommend them
