this business seems to pick and choose which business is easy to develop. They lead you on with false claims of services for a low price, only to require more funds for the service you thought you were getting. They are obviously sales people, so their focus is on money and money alone. Let a lone not guaranteeing the results. You're better off finding an smaller company that doesn't see you as a number or a dollar sign, and that can take the time to really tend to your marketing ads. Don't fall for their promises or guarantees. This is not a company who's word you can take. There is no reply responses nor promised updates. Stay away, save yourself the headache!

Simply wow. I honestly lack the neccessary words for the type of training offered at ROI Machines. A bunch of slides and a few files to work out. This is not worth the price. I ordered the Landing Page Services and the Customer Support / mail aswering is as poor as possibly imaginable.

Not sure what these guys are doing but this training is so poor I would rather get training by noobs on youtube.

I asked for my money back, no reply. Instead I keep getting messages that my funnel is almost ready every once in a week. But never an answer to my mails.

The "VIP Diamond Training" is basically a poor Q&A for beginners.

Over the last 3 months I've taken courses from Rudy and the team. My knowledge has sky rocketed in the digital marketing world. I've built out my entire online business with the foundation of his teachings. Things are really picking up financially for us and I'm grateful for the support they've provided. The standout is the strength of Rudy's team. Kevin, Sean, Justin, and Sabah have been simply amazing. Thank you for your round the clock support and focus on my customer experience.

I purchased this product on May 4, 2020 and afterwards decided that I did not want it and wanted a refund. Have not been able to get my money back.
On May 4, 2020, I purchased the ROI Machines Course for $72.00 on my Visa credit card on Invoice *** Shortly afterwards, I decided that I did not want the course and requested a refund.

I sent emails to the 2 different emails shown on the emails I received from the company requesting a refund, but have never received a reply back. The 2 emails I used were *** and ***.

Their was also a telephone number listed at the bottom of the emails which was a Florida number of 813-240-0622 and it was listed with a California address. I called this number numerous times, but it was never answered because the voice mail box was always full. The company name listed at the bottom of the emails is Profit Index, *** XXXXX with the phone number of X(XXX) XXXXXXX. I even sent a text to this phone number and did not receive a reply back.

After digging through facebook, I found a website for the ROI Machines course and a contact us button. I sent an email to *** and filled out the form requesting a refund, but have not had a response back from them.

I also posted on this guy's facebook face that I was trying to reach customer support, but had not had any success in doing so. After scanning his page, I saw that other people had posted requesting a way to contact him and scanning a few post down, another customer that had apparently purchased the ROI Machines course and had been trying to reach customer support and had also not had any luck.

This kind of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I will never ever purchase any product from them again. I will also be posting reviews on Facebook and other Social Media sites about the horrible customer service I have experienced with them and that other people need to be aware of how they treat their customers after they get their money.
