On January 27, 2018, I ordered a Pro Gym Series SQXXXXXXX in black, size M I got an email that my order was confirmed with the confirmation number #XXXXX, and that I would be notified when it was shippedMy credit card was charged for the item and shipping, and I did not ever got an email to tell when it was shipped, nor did I receive the item I have tried to call tines and have left messages for someone to call or email me, and no one has returned my calls I have emailed twice and have not heard from them
