My name is Peter [redacted]. I am the General Manager of Rojo Mexican Grill in Rosedale Center. We were alerted to this complaint by our store in St. Louis Park, MN - which the customer originally called. Sadly, whomever received the original...
complaint misheard the contact phone number for the customer. We made a number of attempts to contact him, but were unsuccessful. Upon receiving the Revdex.com notice that this complaint had been filed we immediately corrected our information and contacted the customer directly. I spoke personally with the customer and honored his wishes for a full refund to his credit card. We are truly sorry for the negative experience that prompted this complaint. It is our goal to exceed the expectations of each and every guest. Sadly, we fell short in this instance. We were more than happy to issue a refund for such a lapse in service. It is our hope that Mr. [redacted] feels fully compensated and may one day return to dine with us again, and receive the food and service Rojo Mexican Grill is known for.
