We hired Rick R*** painting after interviewing multiple cabinet refinishers/paintersWe were not even finished building our home, but knew that the cabinets, as beautiful as they were, and even upgraded with glazing options, were not the color we wantedWe wanted a bright white cabinet in our kitchen, and possibly the entire homeRick came out and provided an excellent breakdown of pricing within his quoteAfter deliberation with my wife, we decided on Rick RojosAs soon as our house closed, Rick and his team were there, bright and earlyWe gave them a key to our home, so they could come and go as they neededTHIS says a lot, as we TRUSTED Rick and his crew that much! We hired *** from Rojo’s Painting to paint our house and we specifically told him the color we wantedHe for some reason wanted us to pick a different grey (and we should have known tha was first red flag) so he showed us different greys from *** *** because the paint we wanted was from *** ***However we were not satisfied with the colors he showed us so *** said he would color match the grey we pickedAfter they started painting on one wall my husband told him and his crew wait that’s not the color we picked they were adamant that it was the same colorMy husband was not happy with their answer or the paint color because the paint looked purple not grey like what we wanted that he decided to go to *** *** to get some answersSince they left the paint can at the house he took the paint color that they used and the color he picked from *** *** and asked them if that was an actual color matchThe sales person at *** *** informed us
