Review: My fiance and I are busy planning our wedding, and we reached out to Rok It Booths to be the photo booth at our reception. They wanted me to pay $538 up front due to their cancellation policy. We had paid them in July, but with two months to go until our big day we have not heard anything from them. No confirmation of arrival, no set up questions, nothing. I looked into their business and as it turns out, they are a scam. Most of their complaints involve taking the money up front and then never showing up to the wedding or event. I decided I was not going to be the bride that had a vendor not show up; so I went ahead and sent in my cancellation request. They did not respond; so I sent in another request, and still received radio silence. I then attempted to call them to not only cancel, but get my refund, and their phone numbers were no longer in service. This is a company that preys on those looking to have a good time, and I find it disgusting.Desired Settlement: I want my $538 to be repaid. I have sent numerous cancellation notices, all which are long before the 15 days before the event deadline they sent me back in July.

Review: I GOT THIS COMPANY FOR MY DAUGHTERS PARTY FOR SEPT.1,2013 THE CONTRACT SAID THAT THEY TAKE UNLIMITED PICTURES AND I WOULD RECEIVE A SCRAP BOOK WITH THE PICTURES IT IS NOW DEC.10,2013 I STILL DONT HAVE THE SCRAP BOOK I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAIL AND THERE ONLY RESPONES TO ME IS THAT ITS BEEN SENT TO ME SO I KEPT MY END OF THE CONTRACT WHICH WAS PAID IN FULL AND TILL THIS DAY I STILL DONT HAVE ANY PICTURES OR SCRAP BOOK FROM MY DAUGHTERS PARTY THAT WAS ON SEPT.1,2013. WHAT CAN I DO TO TAKE CARE OF THIS .... I JUST THINK THAT THEY AS A SINGLE WORKING MOTHER THAT WE DUE OUR SHARE AND PAY OR DUES AND WHEN IT COMES TO THEM HOLDING THERE IN OF THE CONTRACT NOTHING GETS DONE ....VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY....Desired Settlement: WHAT I PAID FOR THE SERVICES ...$516.56

Review: Rokitbooths.com was booked for my wedding in August 2013. Upon learning of the company's history of no shows to weddings I requested a cancellation and refund which the company stated was processed. I was also told the refund would be issued within 7-10 business days. I did not receive a refund and the company continuously ignored my request for the refund amount that was processed. 13 business days after initially telling me the refund would take 7-10 business days, I was told the refund was processed and could take 21 days depending on the bank. I never received a refund and over two months after my initial request I was told the company was "bankrupt" with no evidence provided that they had actually filed for bankruptcy. I have all emails and deceitful communications from this company. I would like to somehow recover the $528.31 this company stole from me, and prevent them from scamming future couples on such an important day. The company is committing internet fraud and I believe is changing names once word of its dishonesty is spread, to continues to steal money from customers without providing service or refunds.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded by the company. The full amount of $528.31.
