Mr. [redacted] is due his refund of $3071 from Kelly Infiniti. Mr. [redacted] sat with [redacted] during the transaction and she is the one who originally went to process the cancellation. Ms. [redacted] did not know, she is new to the business, that with any cancellation over $1000, it...
needs to be approved through the administrator and not just submission online. It was then again processed for cancellation correctly on 2/2. Payment of cancellations are usually received by the dealer, from the factory at the end of each month on our factory statement so protocal would be to issue a check at the beginning of the new month, March. As Mr. [redacted] has been inconvenienced by our mistake, we will be cutting a check from the dealer to Mr. [redacted] today, 2/21. We apologize for the wait and and frustration this has caused you as it was not our intention. I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. I picked up a check of $2430.87 in the envelope at first and I'm glad I stayed to open it before I left so I spoke to them about the amount and they signed me another one of $558.13 which makes a total of what I was initially owed.im glad this issue is resolved and I'm thankful for the Revdex.com to help me get my money back after all this time.
