We bought a Lincoln LS end of Dec within a few weeks we had to return it for repair the problem didn't get fixed we had to return the car again for repair and they let us use a loaner.We had to wait few weeks before they told us that we had to purchase an extended warranty to be able to replace the transmission .During the time of the repair their loaner broke down.Our car was also ready to be picked up .We brought their loaner for a diagnostic and it had several issue we even changed the oil it still didn't fix the problem .We called them that we couldn't return their Saturn so they came picked it up on a Saturday .the following Monday they told us we couldn't get our car back unless we pay the loaner towing .We picked up our car on our invoice they claimed that we had run the car for miles in weeks and charged us another $that they demanded in cash !!!!.Less than h our car broke down again we brought them for a diagnostic the car had several issues I had to buy a battery for $the very next day .We called them to explain our situation and they basically didn't show any concern .We than decide to bring the car to the Lincoln dealership in Baton Rouge for a a diagnostic and pay another $138.00!!.The repair was going to cost us about 3/of the total cost of the car !!! They really felt sorry for us .We decided to surrender the car to the financial company .UP TIL APRIL WE ONLY WERE ABLE TO DRIVE THE CAR WEEKS THE MOST !!!WATCH OUT FOR THEIR CONTRACT YOU CAN'T SUE THEM AND THEY CAN'T SUE YOU!!!! THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE.A VERY BAD CAR DEALER STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND I HAVE PROVES FOR EVERYTHING I WROTE .FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME .I DO NOT WISH ANYBODY ELSE TO EXPERIENCE WHAT WE WENT THROUGH !!!
