Complaint ID: [redacted] Ms [redacted] ,My name is Ryan and I am the General Manager of Roland's Seafood GrillI was aware of the complaint from its inception as I was the person who prepared the customers sandwiches.I have attached a letter that was prepared by the floor manager for the dayIn it, as in Ms [redacted] 's letter you will find that her entire groups meals were provided gratis by the restaurant in an effort to calm and appease herAs her cursing became louder across the dining room with other families, she was asked to leave.Ms [redacted] was not charged, nor was anyone in her party for the mealsI do not know where the disputed amount of $was calculated from when the customer ate lunch for free.I am regretful that we have lost a customer, however her behavior was unacceptable in a crowded dining roomThere is no excuse to curse loudly at someone who is simply trying to serve youNor the manager who offers to try and fix the problem.Sincerely,Ryan C [redacted] General Manager Roland's Seafood Grill and Iron Landing [redacted] ###-###-####www[redacted]

Revdex.comRE: Reply to Response by Roland's Seafood GrillTo Whom It May Concern:This letter is in response to the Reply Roland's Manager, Ryan Shoup, submitted on December 12, 2017.I will not accept the response as it is a complete fabrication of what actually took place on Saturday December 9, 2017.First and foremost, I was not asked to leave the restaurant at any timeI voluntarily left as I originally stated in the Complaint.Second of all, I only said one curse word which was directed to Ryan for his rude behavior and complete lack of management skills to please a customerI did not at any time say any other curse words nor did I disrupt any other customersMy sister and daughter were both present and could confirm the story as noted in the complaint.Third of all, I never at any time said that I wasn't going to pay for my mealAll I wanted was the quantity of lobster that was expected in said mealAgain, this was mentioned in the complaint.Additionally, when I was outside, no longer on Roland's property, the manager came outside screaming at me, in-front of many peopleI never told him that it was unacceptable that the meal was taken caand I was not verbally abusive whatsoeverThe manager approached me and started screaming at meI did ask him to get out of my face, which again was stated in the original complaint.It truly amazes me that instead of an apology for his behavior he is trying to turn this around making it appear as if I was a difficult customer, when all I wanted was the meal I ordered.Finally, my husband did call the restaurant and this manager was equally as rude to him and plus Ryan hung up on him when he didn't want to discuss it any furtherAgain, this shows a complete lack of management skills and he should be removed from his position for this aloneMy husband absolutely did not threaten himIt infuriates me that this manager is making up such an elaborate story.This is harassment and if the Revdex.com will not handle this situation I will be left with no other choice but to work with an attorney to file charges again him personally.Sincerely,*** ** *** Disgruntle customer Regards,
