I believe that Rolande Realty is only requesting further information to further build their argument or defense mechanism to manipulate members of BBC. I disapprove of this and I refuse to entertain false information. It is to my understanding that the incident on May 2014 was not alleged, it was actual and factual. I strongly recommend for BBC to trace the phone interactions between my Boost Android phone number [redacted] and [redacted]'s phone number [redacted] (this information is also on her business card she handed to me) as her phone number is also listed on the Section 8 available apartments call list that I still have a copy of that is dated as of May*, 2014. [redacted]'s phone number is listed in the Brooklyn Section on page four of seven (4 0f 7). "No record of any tramaction" or transaction is a false statement and it is disrespect to both myself and BBC's code of ethics because on May **, 2014, I handed the completion of my Section 8 Transfer packet to a gentleman named [redacted] whose phone number is ###-###-####. And that package has [redacted]'s signature along with the so-called landlord who Identify as an older Haitian lady with a light-skin tone. Also, on [redacted]'s business card with the Rolande Realty name and logo, she has a ###-###-#### number scratched off with a office location that says [redacted] in red and black letters. This for profit business appears to be stumbling over their words in astonishment that I am willing to fight against them with good and reasonable causes. [redacted] has been active because she gave me her business card with her picture on it. "safeguard her [[redacted]
[redacted]'s] credit report" quotation raises an eyebrow because street cameras at the house that [redacted] showed me will and can reveal that this woman did interact with me and others at [redacted]. The bathroom tiles are pink, there is an extra room outside of the apartment, there are tiles around the stove, and there are sliding closets in the dining room area. "Any Rolande Realty transaction take place in our office" is far from the truth because I met a tenant on the first floor of [redacted] who is heavy-set, dark-skinned, and is of [redacted] descent and is a [redacted] (I am an advocate for LGBTQ members who are discriminated against) "Agents not permitted to accept cash" is another interesting quotation to dissect in the science lab of my imagination because I like other people who were duped by this plotting and scheming [redacted] can come out into the open with a survey that BBC might bring about in order to gain further information to investigate [redacted] and her cohorts at Rolande Realty, INC. It is simple! Possible tenants like myself "who receive government assistance or subsidies to cover thr [the] cost of rental and broker's fees" is outrageous because if 32 other people were on the list to also look at that same apartment, the question is whether they were also questioned by [redacted] for cash payments that is prohibited within the auspices of the Attorney General's Tenant's Rights manual by [redacted]. Picking out loopholes and revealing them is one of the best hobbies because it is similar to figuring out a Sudoku puzzle, to me it is better than chess. When people lie to me, I can see them as clear as an x-ray, but with the intent to uphold the law to make adjustments instead of excuses. Thanks, BBC :)!!!

Dear Sir/Madam:
In response to [redacted]'s complaint dated June *, 2014, we are writing to request more detailed information in order to thoroughly investigate the alleged incident that took place in May 2014. Please be aware that our office has no record of any traMaction between...

[redacted] and [redacted], a licensed real estate agent who has been inactive with our office for several months. It is office protocol that any Rolande Realty transaction take place in our office. Please also understand that while we understand [redacted]'s concerns rgarding identity theft, we suggest she take steps to safeguard her credit report while we thoroughly investigate this incident. It should also be made clear that agents are not permitted to accept cash from prospective tenants who receive government assistance or subsidies to cover thr cost of rental and broker fees.

Review: Licensed real estate agent, [redacted] and ROLANDE REALTY, INC failed to carry out a just, proper, and superior equal housing opportunity towards myself. We filled out Section 8 transfer paper work so that I can get the apartment and she demanded that I give her $1, 514.00 in cash before Section 8 could come out to inspect the apartment that she offered me. The problem is that Section 8 prohibits payments to landlord's without a passing inspection and their approval of the apartment. My transfer voucher package that we filled out was turned in on May **. 2014, but on May **, 2014, [redacted] mentioned that she had 32 other people waiting on a list for that same apartment and she wanted me to pay cash before the Section 8 in section that was scheduled for May **. 2014. Now, as a result of her denial of my application at the last minute, I have to wait from between now and up to several weeks before I can obtain another Section 8 Transfer voucher. That is an inconvenience for me because this woman has copies of all of my personal information and I am afraid that she might use my social security number and other personal information to her personal benefit to either pay her mortgage, car note, business expenses, or even go clothes shopping with my information and perhaps those other 32 people that she mentioned who she may have collected personal information. I sent her this exact text message on May ** to her [redacted] cell phone number from my [redacted] number, saying:

"Good evening, [redacted]. I [redacted] am writing you to let you know that I do not feel comfortable with you keeping my social security number, Section 8 housing voucher, and all of my personal information as a result of identity theft concerns. Please, give me back all of my information because at the last minute on today, you verbally changed your mind . This was after I turned in the paper work after me, you, and the broker signed papers on Sunday before Monday's appointment. All because I did not pay you cash upfront before Section 8 approved the apartment."

This [redacted] did not give me back all of my paper work that was apart of my Section 8 package. It is very possible that she might lie and say that she gave it back, but do not believe her unless Section 8 confirms that she at least gave it (all of the originals) back to them. The Section 8 Call Center phone number is as follows: ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: I want proof from ROLANDE REALTY, INC and [redacted] to provide proof that the rest of the contents within my Emergency Transfer Section 8 voucher package was indeed, returned to Section 8 because she did not return it to me. She gave me back black and white copies of my personal information that she may still have copies of along with my original section 8 transfer documents.
