it, as in Ms. [redacted]'s letter you will find that her entire groups meals were provided gratis by the restaurant in an effort to calm and appease her. As her cursing became louder across the dining room with other families, she was asked to leave.Ms. [redacted] was not charged, nor was anyone in her party for the meals. I do not know where the disputed amount of $50.00 was calculated from when the customer ate lunch for free.I am regretful that we have lost a customer, however her behavior was unacceptable in a crowded dining room. There is no excuse to curse loudly at someone who is simply trying to serve you.
