Roll -A- Way of New England

Ordered 8 storm shutters o 12-12-2011 from roll-a-way shutters with a $24OO. deposit. Received 7 shutters and 6 were installed around March 2012. The 7th shutter was stored on location. The 8th, I was told was not shipped due to a error. When the 8th shutter arrived the installation crew installed the 7th shutter and found that the new shutter #8 would not work because no wood was behind the brackets. 6-5-2012 [redacted] the sales person came to our house to look at the problem. He offered to remove the bracket and put in the proper area. I told ** that I wanted shutter #8 to match all the other shutters and would not accept a less than perfect shutter. I reminded ** that I paid lots of money for a professional job and expected no less. We still owe Roll-a-way the remainder of the money. I have tried numberous times to contact ** 877-874-6242 and [redacted] (scheduler) 401-583-4568 and email [redacted]@rollawayne.com. with no results. Please help us get shutter # 8.
