Roll on Services did the worst paint job and wall paper removal at my home. I had to terminate our agreement because they performed such horrible work[redacted] AKA [redacted], which is owner of Roll on Services had two guys perform horrible work at my home. I gave them 500.00 dollars up front which was half of the balance due. Big mistake on my part because they left brush hair within the paint work and streaks and dirt within the pain in my hallway and it was never fixed. I mentioned it to him and he states the guy fixed the streaks but they didnt. Then they removed the wall paper in one of bathrooms and pained it but never removed or sanded the bathroom walls so that the job would look nice, it looked awful the paint was mixed with wallpaper glue and it was bumpy. To top it off when he & his guys left they left my house in a mess. They took left the banister railing off to paint and never put it back on it was two days we were going up and down on the stairs with no railing and the left exposed live electrical wires out and never put them back. to top it off his guys left there drinks and food debris behnd for me to clean up and didnt come prepared as I had to lend them traps to put down on the floor. Every thing they did will have to be done over.I got the drift that they didnt know what they were doing on the first day but the owner [redacted] stated it would be fixed and 2 days later nothing was and they continued the horrific work intill I told them not to come back, They honestly had no clue of what they were doing. I intially gave him 300 for material and then he asked for another 200 so he could pay his guys the very next day. that was my mistake I should have never given him this much up front. I am writing this in hopes that other homeowners will read it and be aware not to use this company!!!Desired Settlementi WANT AN APOLOGY LETTER IN WRITING FROM [redacted] aka [redacted] STATING THAT THE JOB HE AND HIS GUYS DID WAS HORRIBLE AND THAT HE IS SORRY FOR THE TROUBLE AND FINICAL HARDSHIP HE HAS CAUSED OUR FAMILY AS WE WILL HAVE TO SHELL OUT MORE MONEY TO HAVE IT ALL FIXED.

The agreed upon services in our contract with Roll on Services were never fully completed. Roll on Services, lead by [redacted] gave us a quote for repair of siding to our house, power washing and painting of the entire house, staining of our back deck, and rescreening our porch. We were told initially that the estimated time of service would take a week to have this completed. The contract was handwritten and agreed upon end of February 2014. It is currently May 21st and we still do not have all the services agreed upon completed. We made the mistake of paying [redacted] a little at a time to help cover certain costs. The more we paid [redacted] the longer the periods of time between the next time we would see him and the "crew" at our house working on the job. He reports that his original crew moved our of the city the week we signed the contract. This was not brought to our attention until at least a month into the job when we had areas of the house exposed without siding. The siding, painting, and staining of the back deck took at least 2 months to complete with a lot of phone calls and messages left for the [redacted] to inquire where they were on a daily basis. We were told several times they would be out the following day but no one would show up. The job that was completed was not amazing, it was fair at best. The paint job left visible streaks in several areas that we were told by [redacted] would be fixed. It took us finding out the painters name and number to start contacting him directly to get the paint fixed. The last piece of the job that has yet to be completed is the rescreening of the back porch. The "crew" ripped off our old screens which we never asked them to do but were told they would do the rescreening for no added charge when they stained the deck. The deck was stained and we never saw the "crew" or [redacted] again. We even went outside of the contract and bought the materials with extra money and asked [redacted] if he could get someone to rescreen the deck. We were told this should not be a problem but we still have yet to see anyone come back to our house to finish the job. [redacted] was paid in full prior to completion which was our mistake. We know he is continuing to work on other jobs as he accidentally texted us asking for which paint color we had chosen just a few days ago. He realized his mistake and said he was still trying to find someone to fix our screened in porch. We are aware we will probably never see [redacted] or anyone from Roll On Services again and we will have to fix our own porch but we would like to warn others not to use this company. [redacted] admitted that he under quoted us and that was the reason he couldn't finish the job, because he didn't have any money. This excuse is unacceptable. Desired SettlementWe are looking into having someone put up the screens for us on our porch. The quote we were given to have this completed is $250. I feel this amount should be credited back to us as this was part of our contract with [redacted]/Roll On Services and they never completed the agreement after being paid in full.

Refund due and agreed to, [redacted] Project Manager of Roll on Services never showed or called. Phone was turned off.[redacted] hired Roll on services for home restoration repairs. A date of Monday, October 7th, job was agreed upon and scheduled to begin. Due to rain the job was delayed, work was scheduled to begin on October 14th. Confirmation from [redacted] On October 15th via text (12:52pm) that work was to begin that week. On Monday, October 21st, after no word from [redacted] or any representative of Roll on Services, I terminated our contract. On October 21st at 2:27 [redacted] agreed via text that I was entitled to a full refund. I asked for the return of my $500 deposit by end of business [redacted] 25th. He said the soonest he could meet was Monday, October 28th and we agreed upon the time 5:30 -6:00pm. He never called or showed for the scheduled appointment. Desired SettlementReturn of full deposit in the amount of $500
