Hi,Please see the attached return authorization info from [redacted] , which clearly shows the buyer's order information and the return address in New York, which has been our return address since the beginning and has never changedThe buyer may check in their [redacted] account to verify the return information and the New York address that was originally provided.Furthermore, we explicitly state in the return instructions to the buyer, "We recommend insuring the package, as we can not be held responsible for lost or damaged returns."In this case if this was a missent package by the buyer, it would be considered a "lost" package since we did not receive it at our return addressTherefore the buyer would need to file an insurance claim on the package with their carrier [redacted] usually guarantees packages at $100, so the customer may want to file a claim with them directly.We, Rollbackdeal, are an honest company and have operated with the utmost integrity for our 5+ years of business on [redacted] , and over years in this industryWe do understand the customer's concerns, however unfortunately if a customer returns the package to an incorrect address, we can not be responsible for the refund, until the package is actually received back to usSince we are not sure where the package was sent, our advice to the customer is to get in touch with the address that they had sent the item to, and then try to have them either forward it to us or return back to them so that they can send it back, and we will be more than happy to rightfully issue a full refund on the return Thank you.Jake S.Rollbackdeal Customer Service

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[I used the mailing label provided by RollBackDeal thru *** that came with the package of deals sending them to TN to some sort of compilation site per the EXACT INSTRUCTIONS that came with the package; I have no idea if RollBackDeal uses a return site other than their homebase or their internal return operating procedures. I did as instructed and would expect *** to be honorable with me, a mother of 5, desperately needing the money now expecially at Christmas time. IS ***'s A-Z 100% guarantee all show and no go? Sure appears that way and appears to be another example of a cooperate giant eating the consumers who feed it! It is up to *** and RollBackDeal to find the shoes since I followed instructions exactly as they sent themI expect and deserve a full refund NOW! My error which was corrected!, about the wrong *** tracking number at first was due to a different item I had to return for a phone caseA positive response with enclosed refund would enable my year old son to have some shoes that fit at least for going back to school in Janafter Christmas even though he's still been wearing his too small, falling apart pair so far this school year despite the snotty cruel remarks of his classmates

Please note as we had also explained through previous communication, we did not receive the return for your purchase yet, and the [redacted] tracking number you had provided earlier for the return package was invalid (This was checked by [redacted] as well). tracking number provided for the return package in this Revdex.com complaint ([redacted]) shows delivery to "Memphis, TN", but we are located in New York, and so our return address as provided to you via [redacted] is also a New York address.Since we were not able to verify that the return was delivered to us, unfortunately we are not able to issue a refund on the purchase, as per our return policies on [redacted]. If the return package was mis-sent, we can issue a refund if you are able to have the return sent back to our return address in New York.Thanks for your understanding
