Absolutely diplorable and the manager Ron was rude, crass, nasty, and a disgrace to a management memberMy special needs soon was in the bounce house with his father and was widely thrown or without being told the equiptment had been changedEvery other time we have been allowed to stay with your sonSo beware, if you have a special needs child that needs to be supervised, there is no place for them to jump or playThey may only roam the arcade or be forced to skateMy son isnt ready for either so we will not be backPleasant run, you need a new place for skate night, as long as its at this location we will never ever support youWe were not given a refundAnd the "manager" was consistently laughing as if it were a funny matterWe are an interracial couple so maybe he is just racistWho knowsHe could be way nicer in his explains, and they could be better about signage

At the Roller Cave we live by a few simple words….Clean-Safe-Fun. Those are the things that we strive for to provide the very best skating experience possible. To remind our patrons and staff why we are here we
have a twenty feet long banner when you walk in that reads “Together we make skating memories that last a lifetime.” We work very hard to ensure that every guest has a great time and that together we make those great skating memories. Enforcing safety rules is something that all of our staff takes very seriously. Unfortunately, not all customers are responsive to general safety announcements and signs. Informing some patrons of rules individually is something we must do to keep everyone safe, but not all guests choose to comply and sometimes do not respond positively to safety requests.
We serve a very diverse Indianapolis community, and we have done so with excellence for nearly years. It is unfortunate that this customer has chosen to inject race into this discussion or to imply that it had anything to do with her experience. When a customer makes the choice to walk on the skating surface in the wrong direction they put every skater at risk and the safety violation must be addressed. When a child is skating out of control and runs into a staff member, that is a safety issue which must be addressed When a child is skating into traffic going the wrong way that is a safety concern that must be addressed. It’s not profiling it is simply enforcing the rules and trying to keep everyone safe I have taken the time to look into the service record of the staff member with whom the customer took issue with. I looked back for the past two years, all evaluations were positive, he has attended all mandatory training sessions, and there are no complaints or negative comments of any kind in his record. The staff member was very troubled by the situation and the very confrontational manner with which the customer voiced her feelings. I know from speaking with him that he took the verbal assault on him from the customer that day very personally and he was deeply troubled by the events
I stand by my community, I stand by my staff, and I stand by our record of excellence As a team we will continue to work hard to provide this great community and all of our guests a clean, safe, and fun skating experience. I typically don’t mind giving refunds to anyone who is unhappy. It’s is typically not worth the argument or the hurt feelings on either side. We are a good time place where people come to have fun, we don’t like telling people no, we don’t ever want anyone to leave unhappy. In this case however, I cannot in good conscience offer any refund to this customer. I believe that doing so would be encouraging a negative behavior. If customer would not have made such awful allegations of “discrimination, profiling, and stereotyping” to get her way and receive a refund, then I would have said fine I believe she is trying to use fear and the Revdex.com to get her way and I will not take any part in supporting or condoning such behavior.
Sincerely,

Our house was listed through Bart Vickrey but the realtor and seller was [redacted] and [redacted] I would never recommend going through a company to purchase a home that would have such an unprofessional realtor such as [redacted] Our basement had a leak when we originally looked at it so we were not going to purchase it. Mrs. [redacted] assured us that the leak was due to clogged gutters. We had them warranty the basement for 1 year and after talking to the neighbor, she had said that they have always had problems with the basement flooding. About a month later one wall had leaked the whole way down it. We contacted our realtor who had [redacted] contact us. She was very rude and nasty about the whole situation and said it was probably due to something else. When her husband [redacted] came over he said yes it was the same leak they experienced when they owned the home and he hired a company to come fix that wall. We then thought our problems where over until about 6 months later when the other walls had leaked and destroyed a few things. We tried contacting [redacted] and [redacted] for a week but when we were not getting a response back we contacted our realtor. She then e mailed them for us and they told her that they were vacationing in Florida and would not be back for 2-3 weeks and it would have to wait and they would contact us when they arrived home. [redacted] did call the basement company a week after they arrived home to have the other 2 walls schedule to fix for a month later. During this time of waiting for the basement company, we had noticed that our floors were separating but did not relate the two things together being we have no experience in these things. The width of separation had went from normal with no separation in the wood panels to 1/2 inch. We had a inspector/contractor over to fix our fireplace which was deemed too dangerous to use. I had asked him about the floor while he was there and while we were downstairs he had asked if we had any leaks. I told him yes before everything had froze again. The inspector/contractor told me that the moisture can cause the floor on the upper level to warp like it was. When I had called [redacted] to tell him this information to see if he could come look or call the basement company to come sooner [redacted] answered. She was completely unprofessional and rude. She told me that there is no way and I must have the wrong information. I told her more importantly I would just like to see if we can possible speed up the basement company coming or contract another company to come soon based on what the inspector said the problem. She got even more nasty and said it has been contracted out/scheduled and they had no intention of coming to look at it because they have fulfilled their obligation and are done. Despite the floor and basement being fixed who wants to deal with someone that is that unprofessional. I should have went with my gut since I really felt she was a con that wanted to make a quick sale but if I can at least save someone else buying a home from [redacted] or this company then I feel somewhat better about my foolishness.
