any laundry she wanted to do, I gave he bags to discard items and refunded all fees that I felt was fair for this situation. I AD TO BURN $600 worth of mattresses and the buy new ones after cabin was cooked for 72 hours at 150 degrees. I did not accuse this woman, I only asked if she had an issue with bed bugs. She is trying to make me look like a monster just dramatize this situation so she can get more money. I have never had to deal with something like this but I feel I did what was fair. We will not refund for other cabin as there was not an issue with it. This would be totally unfair to me
