My rantI bought a Dodge Dart from Salsbury Dodge used car lot on April 23, I put $down and have been paying my note since thenI have had issues with the dealershipFor example they still have not gotten my registration and title to me so I can pay my taxes and get a license plateI have had temporary tags and have been told they are waiting on paperwork from GeorgiaTo top it all off today they call me and tell me that they are gonna need the car back in 1-days due to the fact that it was not paid off in Georgia when they sold itAre you kidding meFirst of all it is the dealerships responsibility to make sure a car is paid off before they sell itThat shows very poor credibility on their partWho just assumes a car is paid off and sales itSecond of all that debt owed on the car is the dealers responsibility to pay and get my clear titleI have held up my part now they must hold up theirsThis is the craziest situation I have ever heard ofWhat kind of dealership sales a car that's not paid for So the answer is no they can not have my car backI signed a binding legal contract and I am holding up my end of the dealThey are going to have to eat the difference between the owed on it and the amount I agreed to buy it for
