I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 10/21 I received my replacement tips in today's mail as promised. Thank you for your help.
I contacted and spoke to [redacted] on the phone. We are mailing the $1.95 8-pack of nylon tips she ordered as an extra item when she ordered the RollerFeeder bird feeder. These tips were requested to be sent a couple weeks ago but apparently the tips were not mailed or she did not receive...
them in the mail.The $1.95 bag of tips were requested around the time of the hurricane in Florida where [redacted] resides so the mailing might have been disrupted, in any case, we are sending more tips to fulfill her order.We also discussed our lifetime warranty posted on the website for all customer's to read, which we have not had any issues on in almost 20 years in business. We also discussed the phone number being located on the website under "About Us" page of the website. The "About Us" page link can be found on the top of the home page www.rollerfeeder.com After our talk, [redacted] was satisfied with the response on the phone and is awaiting the $1.95 8-pack of nylon tips she ordered. [redacted] also mentioned she is very satisfied with the RollerFeeder bird feeder and said it performs as advertised on the website.
