On the evening of Saturday, February ***, an area referred to as the "Lounge Area" was reserved with a specified number of tables & seats along with special requested table coverings and colored balloon center pieces that were arranged and set up prior to the arrival of [redacted] and her guests for a birthday celebrationThe food order they would be receiving was also pre-ordered two days prior to the celebration and scheduled to arrive at 9:30pm that evening RollerJam USA was all prepared for ***'s birthday party as previously discussed and confirmed on Our policy of $non-refundable deposit to reserve a time and space are clearly outlined on our website as well as all printed documents, such as receipts & invoice's, and were also verbally explained to [redacted] at the time of bookingAll pre-ordered food must also be cancelled at least days prior to any and all events at RollerJam USAAll foods scheduled for parties are outsourced by an off-site contracted caterer RollerJam USA received no call, nor was contacted in anyway before the event nor the day or evening of the scheduled eventIt was not until days after the event when [redacted] made first contact informing us that she was unable to make it to her partyShe stated after the fact to us that her bus did not show up the evening of her event and that she had no other means of transportationRollerJam USA is in no way responsible for the transportations of [redacted] or her guests transportationRollerJam would also like to point out that public transportation is available to the facility from all boroughs of New York City***'s party was scheduled and reserved from 9:00pm till 2:00am on the evening in question, surely there was enough time had an effort been made to get there that evening To further explain the frivolousness of this complaint, is that the evening of 22014, guests of ***'s party did show up and utilize the space, time and food reserved for her partyThere was at no time anyone outside of ***'s party occupying her reserved space nor eating her reserved foodIt is unfortunate that [redacted] did not make it to her own party, however RollerJam USA lived up to its end of the contract and by no means was at any fault as suggested in ***'s complaint RollerJam USA has an impeccable reputation in the community and has successfully held thousands of birthday celebrations over the years since its been established

Our policy of $200 non-refundable deposit to reserve a time and space are clearly outlined on our website as well as all printed documents, such as receipts & invoice's, and were also verbally explained to [redacted] at the time of booking. All pre-ordered food must also be cancelled at least 2 days prior to any and all events at RollerJam USA. All foods scheduled for parties are outsourced by an off-site contracted caterer.

Review: I RESERVED AN AREA FOR MY BIRTHDAY AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE FOOD WOULDNT COME OUT TIL I ARRIVED. MY BUS NEVER ARRIVED AND NEITHER DID I WITH MY PARTY SO WHY WOULD THEY BRING MY FOOD OUT TO THE TABLE WITHOUT ME BEING THERE??? THEY ALLOWED ANOTHER GROUP TO PARTY IN MY VIP SECTION WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND REFUSE TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. THEY ARE HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY GO AGAINST THEIR WORD.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND BACK.
