The product in question was repaired and shipped back to the customer on 2/1/2018, and the UPS tracking number shows that the package was delivered on 2/2/2018.

We are not certain of what the customer is referring to, regarding an "attacker" being broken. The customer can contact us by email or phone so that we may get any issues resolved as quickly and as conveniently as possible.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have attached a picture of the broken attachment.  I would prefer not to contact them directly because of my past undesirable experience with their support team. I would like to get this attachment replaced.
