even though the first year which was free and part of the saleThe Equipment came with a year tank warranty from the manufacture, Eternal Hybrid, and a year dealer labor warrantyIn February of the client called in with water dripping from the appliance to which we sent out a service tech to diagnose the problemIt was determined there was a hair line crack in the tank and that it would have to be addressed and covered under warranty even though the client never performed the maintenance required on the systemThat's when we reached out the distributor to only find out the manufacture of the product had abruptly closed business operations in the United States completelyOur Distributor *** *** was looking for answers as well and had a limited supply of the units and they were trying to locate parts as wellWe were at a stand still on the matter as we had no access to the partsOnce it became apparent, after going around in circles for months, the parts or the manufacture would no longer be available to us to fix the unit we made a business decision to help the client get past this point as the unit was an apparent "lemon"We had never in over years in business had a such an occurrence with a manufacture of specialized piece of equipmentWe spoke to the client let him know what was going to happen This was ordered in the last week of June and the Equipment arrived first week in July The First unit arrived and was damaged on the corner and we didn't want to install a unit with any blemish, so that was returned. The New unit was installed the second week of July The unit purchased and installed is a new Top of Line Navien System, $3,system and it was installed the unit at no charge to the client this was completed on July 12, 2016.Please let us know if there is anything else we can do on this matter.All the Best Sales DepartmentPrecision Air inc

I am rejecting this response because: Precision Air has attached a copy of the quotation date 6/29/ I am attaching a copy of the revised quotation date 6/30/ The very first line says "all-inclusive package" I believe it means that the Net Cost of $5,quoted is the total cost to me I have circled the answer# in the revised quotation It clearly says "Yes all permit filing is included with the installation as well".
Precision Air says that "At no time was it ever conveyed that there would be no permit costs".My Response: a What is the meaning of "all-inclusive package"?b The revised quotation says "Yes all permit filing is included with installation as well" (answer#3)c If Precision says "at no time was it ever conveyed that there would be no permit costs", does it mean that Precision can charge any costs that was not conveyedFor e.g., at no time Precision ever conveyed that there will be installation costs in addition to equipment costsDoes it mean that Precision will send me an invoice for installation costs Answer# says that "Disconnect is included with new installation." There is no mention that there will be no costs for Disconnect Does it mean that Precision will send me an invoice for Disconnect? The "Proposal and Agreement" document was signed by me But the item "All permit costs are the responsibility of the property owner" was not initialed by meMoreover, this document was signed by me after the installation on 7/1/for installation completion and total cost of $5, I did not agree and did not initial the item "All permit costs are the responsibility of the property owner" Please note, this item required my initial after "Costs are not included in this agreement(Initial______)To summarize:1.Precision's response saying "at no time was it ever conveyed that there would be no permit costs" is not acceptable Where in the revised quotation does it say that permit costs will have to be paid by me
Precision has presented a document that was signed by me The permit costs item had a provision for my initial and it was not initialed by me

To Whom it may concern:We've attached the original quotation and the all supporting docuemnts on this matter. At no time was it ever conveyed that there would be no permit costs. Its a legal obligation that must be adhered for all mechanical installations for all of New Jersey. It clearly states in...

the original proposal, highlighted for your review, that all permits would be filed on your behalf and then again on the signed contract that all permit costs are the responsibility of the property owner, (Right on the front page not hidden in some fine print somewhere.)
