I moved into the apartment community on 6/25/and I was advised via email from the leasing agent, I could park in the guest parking for one of my vehicles and the other spot was reserved for the tagged vehicleThe email received did not mention I could NOT park in the guest spot for more than consecutive daysOn 7/1/16, my car was towed and when I asked the apartment Manager "why", she responded stating another tenant had commented that they normally park there and it (my car) had been there for more than a weekThis occurred no later than 6/of which I was only a tenant for approximately days and no knowledge of the requirement to move the carMy car was towed on 7/1/and I had to pay over $to get my car out of tow yardI had to take the money meant for my 1st months rent to cover the costI attempted in calls and emails to the Management, Property Management and District Managers, but none have resolved my issue

I was locked out of my building of ABIGAIL COURT SENIOR APARTMENTS 55+I , with my documented service animal were verbally and by written letters that I and other service animals and emotional animals are not allowed to be in or around the community kitchen due to food being availableWe are a INDEPENDENT RESIDENCY, we have our own apartments, &bedroom wirh a full kitchen, in this new Tax Credit Apartment Complex in Port Richey, FL
We have also been advised also tto not allow our " WORKING DOGS" be allowed to walk on the floors in this building, only in our apartmentWe must carry or place them in Pet StrollersMind you, we are seniors, in a tax credit and also a section eight complex, seniors just do not have the money to pay for these $plus strollersAlso, seniors that are DISABLED, how can they carry their working animalFor me, my service dog is a retired greyhound, weighing in at lbsI choose this bteed due to their height, personality, she stabilizes me as I walkI have had knee surgeries including two total knees recentlyNothing regarding these community rules were discussed with us prior to moorthe signing of our leaseAll of thus came after we all moved in 8/15/We understood in advertising that ABIGAIL COURT SENIOR APTS.+is a "Pet Friendly." Untrue, even for not working animals, but pets
ON 1/16/on a very cild FL morning of degrees, my dog and I exited by way of a door at the very end of the community kitchenThe two of management, employees if WHR REALITY, were at the very far end across the roomThere was one resident minion, friends of management as well as a gossiper if you willI headed to the unlocked door, nothing on the doir marking it as a "DO NOT EXNOT UNLOCK;" nothing was spoken to me, and there was ample time to advice me not to use that doorI exited as rthe sign to the left of the door statesIt is mounted on the wall
When II returned within minutes, the same door was locked! I pounded on the glass door, and a veey elxerly hesitantly unlocked the doir for usI say hesitently because I could hear a female voice saying, " DO NOT UNLOCK THAT DOOR, DO NOT LET
HER IN!"
As I went through the lobby the assistant manager Joy D., the same one in the kitchen, extended her arm, pointed her finger at me, and spoke loudly, " that door remains locked at all times!" I felt like a child being reprimanded, there were residents gathered, and I also was embarrassedI told MsDthat that was illegal, it was a discrimination against myself and my documented working dog
I have fir months observed the way residents are treated here , myself includedThere are cameras everywhere in and outside our buildingManagement of WHR REALITY EMPLOYEES intimidate this residents with nites on our apartment doors or postwd on the elevators, and elsewhere that they are watching usIn fairness the putside cameras are goid for safety, however in the common areas residents complain that they feel uncomfortabke, the sound is also on on these cameras
I have filed with HUD & THE DEPARTMENT OF FAIR HOUSING DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION on that veey day I was locked out
This Ius under investigation and as Iif tiday I was told by the Investigator that WHR REALITY admitted to the dogs nit being allowed by the food areasI have been kept from over 70+ parties, games, gatherings etcAs a breast cancer patient II really need to be apart of gatherings, however due to management instilling in the resident's minds regarding the working dogs and pets nit wanting us there, I remain in my apartment
The motto if WHR REALITY IS " WE CARE," only if you do as you are told, otherwise your life as a resident becomes uncomfortabke even to walk to the outsideYou have your "entitiled residents" and once again due to management allowing personal infirmation to be leaked, it is like being in school again likebullies
PLEASE understand I have a life, trying to survive cancer for my second time

I was living in this complex for months and was in the process of transferring to a bigger unitBefore I transferred I had prepaid my rent for the last monthHowever, I ended up transferring to the bigger unit a few days later, leaving a balance owed to me of over $They told me that they will write me a check and it will be mailed to me as soon as the last water bill comes in so that they can account of all the feesBut first I had to pay the deposit for the bigger apartment, as well as the month's rent even though they owed meI did as I was told and now it has been months and they still have not given me a dimeI have gone to the office numerous times, and they give me the run around, avoid me, or they say they are looking into itOn top of that, they "refunded" me my first deposit to my old apartment but charged me for the water bill and prorated rent for days that I was NOT living there anymore! That they need to refund me for as well
