We have tried to communicate with *** on several occasions now, in which he has yet to comply with us*** has still not returned any of Rolling Adz's tracking equipmentThe total equipment and replacement of materials including software is over $5,*** said in his last message he will not return materials even though he has already been paid to do so under Section 3CRolling Adz is not pressing charges at this time but will report the device as stolen unless *** returns it
As far as the paint on ***'s truck; Rolling Adz still has no contestThe paint on ***'s truck is the original paint that has failed and is coming offUnder Section 1A of the contract if the advertisement is damaged ***'s provided insurance will cover the damagesThis case is between *** and his insurance company , not Rolling AdzWe ask that the case be closed as Rolling Adz has complied with all ends of the contract, even though *** has not fulfilled his end

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Before the contract was signed , pictures of the truck were provided to Rolling AdzHe (Alex W***) did not decline the truck, but stated that the truck 'looked good and was perfect for the job'. At that time we agreed to sign a day contract for me to advertise for Sheetz on my truck for $It was to be paid in installments, 1st installment was for $(at the start of the advertising) and last installment (at the end of days) of $These are the checks that Rolling Adz attached to their responseThe $was payment for advertising.At the end of days Alex W*** asked me to remove the advertising from my truckThe sides of the truck are made of vinyl and Color Graphics has used a Velcro( which is glued to the truck) to attach the advertising banner to the truckOn the backdoor, which made of wood, Color Graphics used a banner that had adhesive on the back that stuck on the entire door.While removing the banner on the vinyl sides it left the Velcro around the outside edge of the truckAlso, when removing the banner on the back door, because it was totally glued, it peeled paint from the back door. I contacted Alex W*** and told him about the damage to the truck and asked him to have the Velcro properly removed and the back door of the truck paintedHe stop taking phone calls/ emails and ceased all communication with usAlex W*** had asked me to send the GPS tracking device to him at my expenseRolling Adz should incur the cost to return this device.As stated in the attached contract, page section 8B, Rolling Adz will have the artwork removed from the truck within weeks of the lease terminationI am seeking proper removal of the Velcro(using the same company , Color Graphics, that Rolling Adz used to install the advertising) and repair of the back doorAlso payment for labor used to remove the advertisement and the downtime that will be incurred for the repairs.Sincerely,*** ***
