I am rejecting this response because:  During the 2+ weeks that Rolling Hills had my car (while I drove their loaner car),  absolutely no attempt was made to fix any of the (roughly estimated) $1800 of repairs that the car needed when I purchased it, even after the agent who sold me the car told me that they would.  I have absolutely no idea why they kept my car for over two weeks if they had no intention of fixing what was obviously wrong with it when I purchased the car. All they did was reiterate the estimated repairs that I already paid $100 to get an estimate from a different auto repair shop. Yes,  they did FINALLY end up canceling the bogus service plan that they sold to me originally but that is absolutely the only thing that has been done to even attempt to rectify this situation which I am still totally unsatisfied with.

In the matters of Mrs. [redacted] and the purchase of her Subaru: We followed the same process for the vehicle that she purchased that we do on every other pre owned vehicle, and that is to run it through our service department. Mrs. [redacted] called with concerns about her vehicle. I immediately sent...

a driver to Kansas City with a rental car and picked her up. Our service manager checked the vehicle over and even sent it out for a second opinion. My department paid for Mrs [redacted] rental car for almost two weeks to make sure that we had done everything possible to fix any issues with the automobile.  I believe that Mrs. [redacted] is upset about the warranty that she purchased on the vehicle and the fact that certain seals and gaskets are not covered on vehicles with more than 80,000 miles on it. I have tried to contact Mrs. [redacted] on several occasions to see what else we could to change her experience. We have already cancelled her warranty for her and would be open to further actions to help resolve this issue.
