Rolling Loud

I am very disappointed with how Rolling Loud, Frontgatetickets, and Live Nation are handling the refunds of the cancelled music festival. They charged my account for the last payment of my layaway plan the same morning they released the news that it was being postponed until 2021, which was very shady and deceitful to the fans. I have been waiting 32 days now for my refund and today being the deadline date for the refund. I would not recommend anyone support them or any associates of theirs seeing that this is the way they treat their fans and customers. I would never attend a concert sponsored by Rolling Loud Live Nation nor purchase tickets from Frontgatetickets

All they care about is taking as much money from consumers as possible. Mediocre concerts, technical issues, and unsanitary surroundings are what you can expect. Would give 0 stars if possible.
