They never delivered my order and when I contacted them they told me TO BAD FOR YOU !!! What a company Never again

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have enclosed pictures of the envelopes that I received, a copy of the packing slip and a copy of the order When I contacted Rolling paper depot originally there were discrepancies with what was included in the envelope and the packing slip I thought I would receive the remaining items in a box as they were too large to fit into an envelope received I called back to question where the other items were and was told all items were shipped in a box which was not true I never received a box I only received an envelope from *** and additionally an envelope from *** with the items missing from the packing slip I did ask Rolling paper depot to compare the packing slip with the order slip to show the difference in what was packed and sentThe packing slip is missing many of the items ordered The tray that was ordered as well as the glass container could not have fit in the envelope received I truly did not receive all the items ordered Since Rolling paper depot indicated that a box was sent which was never received then perhaps a trace should be put on the box however when checking the number provided it matches the envelope that was received I would absolutely appreciate the tracking number for the box and for a trace to be put on the box to find out its location I would also like the packing list compared to exactly what was ordered and explain why there is a difference If the tracking number for the box cannot be provided and an explanation cannot be given for the difference in the packing slip and the order slip I would like a refund for the items not received and for Rolling Paper Depot not to hide behind the shipping policies That is very unfair of Rolling Paper Depot to make a huge mistake on an order, them imply that I am lying to them about what I received, be extremely rude and not listen and keep money for products paid for and not receivedThank YouRegards,*** ***

We are willing to simply refund the client the entire purchase amount.  We have spent enough time on this nonsense.  However, we will refuse service to the client in the future and it is our right to do so.  You may check with the client to confirm full refund.  This will take about 7 days to show up on her card.

To whom it may concern,
On Friday July 4th [redacted] made an order off of our website for a total amount of $77.51. That order which weighed 2.5 lbs was sent to [redacted] on Monday the 7th.  On the 11th of July [redacted] called in from a private number saying that she was...

missing an item from her package.  I let her know that we would take care of the missing item and get that sent to her right away.  Immediately after I said this she started to add more items that were missing from her original order.  I noticed that the shipping weight was correct(Her entire order with all products should have weighed 2.1 lbs + any packaging material) and it seemed very suspicious to me.  I even mentioned to her that I thought it was odd that she didn't mention those items right away. We gave her the benefit of the doubt since she contacted us within 2 business days of receiving the package and we shipped out the missing products. 
Several days later she called in from a private number again, saying that she is still missing over $45.00 worth of items(more than she had stated before).  I informed her that we had already sent the missing items from her previous call and let her know that I made several notes when she called in with her issues.  I also let her know that our policy was that ALL issues needed to be reported within 2 business days.  We commonly will extend that up to a few weeks for customers, but need to hear about all of the issues since shipping packages out multiple times can be very expensive.  [redacted] did not like the policy and continued to call in 6 more times from a private number.  The situation was so distracting that I wasn't able to help any of our other customers are preform any of  my other duties.  She followed up with several more email complaints and I again told her about the policy, but offered to have her return the products and get a refund.   She did not want to accept a refund either.
We do the best we can to provide excellent service to our customers in every situation.  We regret that Mrs. [redacted] is unhappy with her order, but honestly feel like we did everything we could to rectify the problems that occurred.  We hope that Mrs. [redacted] will understand the policy that she agreed to and why it is in place.
