Review: On 12/**/2014 rolling thunder audio install an after market radio as part of a Christmas gift for my wife. 12/** radio was not working called merchant back and he advise us to try different setting. didn't work called merchant back, told us to bring radio back. I took car back 12/** and he admitted that the radio was defective and would replace it. I explain to merchant that this is a problem because my wife depends on this radio to get to and from work. his response was that he will have a replacement in two weeks promise. Two weeks came and gone for a total of four weeks and all I got was the run around from this merchant. I reinstall the original radio and asked for a refund after waiting four weeks. told merchant even though you have a no refund policy, you sold me a defective product and promise to have it resolve in two weeks. I gave this merchant an additional two weeks and he has fail to deliver service. No merchant should be able to hide behind a no return policy if he/she sold a defective product and had ample enough time to solve the problem and didn't. plus this merchant knew the importance of the situation about how dependable my wife uses this radio. This is why am seeking a full refund nothing short of that. thank youDesired Settlement: nothing short of an apology and a refund ASAP.
