Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I still have not received a refund merchant said first refund was given on 31-Mar-15:26:PDT and second refund given on 1-Apr-17:30:PDT and then stated it takes to hours to post to account first refund should have posted already it has been business days also isn't standard practice to only charge customer when item is being shipped? Dear Ms [redacted] , The "duplicate" order, we recognized as accidental on your part was refunded Invoice ***, totaling to Invoice [redacted] contained a back ordered item, due to our master distributor's product unavailability, we recognized that we would be unable to fill the order and a second refund was issued within our company's day processing policy, your order was refunded on day 9, well within our day policy to fill or refundIn the rare occurrence that we are unable to fulfill an order, our company policy states that we will refund an order if business days have transpiredIn your case only business days had transpired, well within our company policyOur telephone messages were checked Monday morning, and we were already processing your concerns at about the same time we saw the complaint Now that the concerns have been settled and handled, could you please mark this matter as settled or remove the complaint all together, when our distributors do not communicate their back order matters to us efficiently, it makes it hard for us communicate the facts regarding back ordered items with a timeliness better than the days in which your back ordered items were handledWe eagerly look forward to doing business with you again in the future and we promise that we will strive our hardest to earn your respect with our future business dealings with RollingPapers.com thank you for your time and patience Sincerely, [redacted] President / CEO RollingPapers.com

refund was finally given it took almost a month I will never use this company again and refund was only given after I filed a Revdex.com complaint thank you

be unable to fill the order and a second refund was issued within our company's 14 day processing policy, your order was refunded on day 9, well within our 14 day policy to fill or refund. In the rare occurrence that we are unable to fulfill an order, our company policy states that we will refund an order if 14 business days have transpired. In your case only 9 business days had transpired, well within our company policy. Our telephone messages were checked Monday morning, and we were already processing your concerns at about the same time we saw the complaint.       Now that the concerns have been settled and handled, could you please mark this matter as settled or remove the complaint all together, when our distributors do not communicate their back order matters to us efficiently, it makes it hard for us communicate the facts regarding back ordered items with a timeliness better than the 9 days in which your back ordered items were handled. The bank refunds take 24 to 72 hours to post to the customer's bank account by the merchant processor and banking institutions involved in the processing and the customer's banking, please another day and you will notice the refund. Sincerely, RollingPapers.com
