Review: My lease with the apartment complex terminated 8/17/2014 and all keys turned in 08/16/2014. Rollingwood never provided me with an accounting of my move out and never addressed my refund of the security deposit. I contacted Rollingwood after the required 45 days to refund my $250.00 security deposit and was notified that I owed them $3 for damages to the apartment which were never previously addressed with me. Continued conversation revealed that I was being charged for carpet cleaning, cleaning of the refrigerator and sanding of the kitchen countertops. Alleged photos of the damages were supposed to have been emailed, but members of the staff maintain they do not have copies and would need to have the manager send the photos, but two weeks have passed without receipt of the alleged photos. Rollingwood was contacted on 10/20/2014 regarding the photos and I was additionally informed that they are charging $125 for carpet cleaning, $125 for sanding the countertops and I still owe $3 for some un-named item.Desired Settlement: Refunding of my security deposit, less any reasonable, valid carpet cleaning obligation.
