My Equifax Credit Report has a hard credit check on it after I was told by Orkin Employee Jason *** that would not occur
When I was in the process of completing a contract with Orkin for a pest control issue, Orkin Pest Control Employee Jason *** Employee ID XXXXXXX told me that a soft credit check would be done so that I could be financed for this serviceHe told me this would not show up as a Hard Credit Check on my credit report and that the soft check would be off my record within days, and my credit would only be deducted by points which would return within daysNone of these things that he told me were truthfulI received a hard credit check on my Equifax Credit report, my credit dropped points and these things did not disappear from my credit report within daysI have started an Equifax dispute due to thisI have also spoken to Jason *** about thisMy Equifax dispute confirmation number is XXXXXXXXX
