I am rejecting this response because: These business owners are not telling the truthThe last email I received from them was on Aug 16th, the same day they responded back to Revdex.com regarding my complaintThey have never tried to contact me prior to thatIf so, I would like them to prove it with detailsIt was I who tried contacting them by iMesage on Aug 8th and by email on Aug 11th of which I have attached my proofI have never received any response back from them after speaking to [redacted] on Aug 4th until the email on Aug 16thAs you can see by her response it is solely in retaliation to the YELP reviews she thought I postedRegarding those reviews, those all came from other customer who too were disappointed with their staySince their last email to me on the 16th, I have posted reviews on Google and YELPI do take to offense that she would go as far as slandering me and my son by stating that the smell was coming from a backpack in my room that belonged to my sonFirst of all, both of my sons were there who had rented their own rooms so no reasons for them to have their things in my roomSecond, there was never any backpack in my roomThird she would have had to come up to my room to prove this of which she never did as they were difficult to contact while we were there to advise them of any issueAnd yes we stayed there, where were we to go with all of our family and friends thereIt was just a good thing we spend most of the day out of the cabin and that my son had an extra bed in their room we could sleep in I have attached a complete email thread of my communication between the owners and myself along with a copy of the iMessage I sent and a copy from AT&T calls between [redacted] and I on Aug 4thI also have plenty of witnesses will state how my room smelled like and know that it did not come from no backpack they are claiming belonged to my sonMy sons both hold jobs that can randomly do drug testing and they would not jeopardize that and are willing to take a drug test to prove them wrongAre they willing to do the same? Thank you for checking with us. We have tried to communicate with the guest who is not only rude but has posted several negative remarks. She had no problem staying the entire time and has failed to acknowledge that it was her own son's backpack that was in her room that the smell was coming from....
In addition we have asked her not to return as we have limited rooms and would rather utilize the limited space for returning guests who truly embrace what our inn has to offer.SincerelyThe management
