If you look at the agreement Mr*** signed the return policy states that leads would be eligible for a refund ifThe lead is a duplicate lead already sent to the clientThe phone number is disconnected. The phone number was a fax number. Mr*** thinks that he was able to work the lead and return it if he did not make money. This is not what the agreement he signed stated. Mr*** wanted a refund because one lead did not call him back and the other had a financial advisorIf you read the agreement we do not guarantee leads return calls or do not havean advisor After clients in this space he is probably the most unreasonable client we have worked with. We feel we delivered based on the terms of the signed agreement
