Roma Pizza

This place charges for delivery. I placed a $22 order from them. The incorrect order was delivered to my home. I order a small pizza with spinach and feta. A small pizza with pepperoni and feta was delivered. I made the delivery driver aware and she requested that it be corrected immediately. This delayed my dinner for their mistake. No one bother to contact me to apologize for this error. I contacted the manager today and he was very rude and unprofessional. While I was attempted to explain the situation, he interrupted and stated "well, mistakes happen". He was asked to repeat what he stated under his breath and he said that he stated "continue what you were saying". I had another interaction with this manager and it was also unprofessional. He went on and on for approximately 20 minutes explaining to me that this pizza place does not accept the gift card that I inquired about. I finally told him that it does not matter to me and I just simply wanted to place an order for delivery. I am very unhappy with him and will no longer give my business to such a place with such disrespect. I will also review this place online to make others aware of my experience. I live in Pine Valley and hate that this person does not appreciate my business. The other items were correct and delivered appropriately. I tipped the driver because she was the only professional person that I encountered on yesterday and today. Also, the manager failed to mention that there was a delivery fee when he took my order for my first delivery from them. I gave a big tip because I was unaware that there was a delivery fee.
