We are very sorry that this issue was not resolvedWe have not had a follow up since 2012/therefor the warranty ticket was marked resolved in our officeWe really do not like to leave things unresolved and will contact the customer to find out what we can do to remedy this ASAP

The initial installation and service was good However, I had a problem with my system and he did not respond to my calls for service I did not expect it to be under warranty and was willing to pay but there was no response from him I had to go with another company to do the repair I also needed follow up regarding a diagram that HECO needed for the NEM agreement I did not get any response from him I did refer him to another person, but as far as I am concerned, I will not give him another referral or do business with him again

They tell you they charge a $59 fee for a home inspection. They do not tell you it's basically a trip charge just for an estimate.

We were scheduled on 2/28/2014 at 8:00AM to have a residential appointment for service. On the scheduled time no one arrived or called. Subsequently, I called the office to verify the appointment and inquire why no one arrived. The office was unsure and stated they would check. At 8:40AM, I received a call from the Tech. stating he was running late and he arrive in 25 minutes or so. At this point the arrival would have been an 65 to 90 minutes late.

All people are on schedules and courtesy would dictate a phone call explaining the delay. However, this lack of business sense gave cause to cancellation of service.

This company is awesome!!!! I would highly recommend them to family and friends. They tell you up front the different price ranges that the work will possibly be in. I had a very good experience with them.
