Roman Family Chiropractic

I was a client at Roman's from 10/09/17 through 11/06/17. At the time of my first visit I was told by Mrs. Roman that I was to pay the practice out-of-pocket for eack visit, and they in turn would file my Medicare on my behalf, and Medicare would reimburse me directly. To date no claims have been filed on my behalf to Medicare. I have talked to Mrs. Roman twice by phone telling her of my dissatisfaction. The last time I called was February 6, receiving her voice mail. I left a message telling her once again of my dissatisfaction, and to date I have not heard back. I am hoping you can help me find resolution.
