Beware of this company and their corrupt practices. This company offers a cap or ceiling $ amount which means that is the most you would ever pay for home heating oil even if the current oil price goes over that cap. I was charged the cap $ for an entire year instead of the current $ amount of oil. I received a call from them (recorded of course) to go over the next years pricing, the called seemed ok). Right after they stopped the recording I was informed, I had a huge balance (of course not recorded). After arguing and stating that is impossible as I was on a budget plan with the price of oil always being below the cap I agreed on. This is when I realized what they were doing, grossly over charging. I told them to cancel my account for the future year then they wanted to charge me a fee of $399.00 for cancelling a plan that didn't start yet. After going through all my records, it turns out I have been grossly over charges using the cap $ amount for years. I also found signed contracts from different people with different amounts for the same year plan. I am currently trying to track down other customers of theirs as I see this turning into a class action lawsuit. I'm sure this has happened to others.
