I urge all tenants and owners to stay away from this cheating and lying company Their only interest is their bottom line They will fabricate fake invoices for work that is never completed and only produce said invoices months after getting pressured into justifying their fees They also coerce the tenants to lie about how many people will occupy the home while at the same time lying to the owner The work if any of it gets performed is mostly by unlicensed vendors that is usually sub-par to handymen you can find at home depot I was convinced that the home was not clean enough only to be fronted with several thousands worth of alleged repairs, clean up work I was away for a year and upon receiving the property on the day and time that it was arranged the home was utterly disgusting and filthy I don't fault the tenants even as I stood there I could hear Donna (the daughter of the owner) telling the tenants that they had the right to remain there until midnight
