Made numerous stone/concrete mistakes, got paid and never returned

Beware of Romanis Concrete (RC) - this company was hired directly by our builder to do concrete and stone work in and around our new home construction project. First, The concrete around our pool (decking) was confirmed by multiple pool company experts to have been poured incorrectly i.e., concrete slopes towards the pool which is incorrect and should slope 1/4 inch per foot away from the pool. Second, the 3,400 square foot exposed aggregate driveway was completely BOTCHED i.e., cracked, chips, integrity/quality issues all over (confirmed by the concrete supplier / company President as a complete demolish and redo) and third, Romanis Concrete also created multiple stone work issues both within and outside our house. After filing my original Revdex.com complaint, the Romanis Concrete owner visited my home claiming he was willing to do everything possible to correct the problems caused by his COMPANY. Now, after several attempts to reach Romanis Concrete via e-mail and being ignored, I finally was able to reach him by phone and, as expected, he's once again ignoring the issues, claiming the builder has not paid and will not return his phone calls. I reminded Romanis Concrete that he needs to work out payment & communication issues with the builder directly who contracted him to do this work. Unfortunately, Romanis Concrete has left us with a mess (already validated by several concrete experts) and despite acknowledging issues and promising to do everything in his power to correct/fix the problems (under the direction of a qualified mason), Romanis Concrete owner is now once again ignoring the issues. Given Romanis Concrete is no longer willing to cooperate, I'll be dealing directly with the builder to get these issues resolved. Meanwhile, If I get any positive updates from Romanis Concrete, after posting this complaint, I will certainly re-post updates as they become available. I posted "one star" only because this sight forced me to do so otherwise I would give "no stars."
