Review: Was charged twice for the same item. I contacted the business, stated my issue. I was told to bring in my bank statement and I would be issued a refund for the extra charge. I went to the business with the documentation as requested, and attempted to get my money back. I was then told to come back later as they couldn't ensure I was charged twice. I contacted my bank and confirmed the money was taken out, and not pending. I attempted to contact the business owner, however refused to refund the extra charge.Desired Settlement: I would like my money returned. My credit card was charged twice ($30.22). I would like my money returned as promised.
