Romantic Torture Tattoo & Piercing

I put down a $50 deposit for a tattoo I was supposed to get. They didn't provide services & refused to refund my money.I went there last Sunday 2/21/16 to get my tattoo. I was told by [redacted] (the recepionist) I need to put a $50 deposit down so [redacted] (the artist) could draw up my tattoo.. He was supposed to send me a picture on Thursday, I was supposed to come in either on the 28th or 29th to get the tat. I called the 28th just to see what was going on because I never got that pic. [redacted] tells me he didn't even start the drawing yet, a sketch that was supposed to be done on Thursday. So on the 28th.. a week later, I go in and ask for my deposit. [redacted] tells me it's "non refundable".. It escalated & I asked to speak with [redacted] (the manager) he comes out and shows me a little sign that says "all sales are final" ..He didn't even draw up my tattoo so I was angry about that.. When I took the picture of the sign, [redacted] tells me "you're not allowed to take a picture of anything in my shop" and tells me that it's his shop, his rules and I signed a form agreeing to his rules. When I asked for the consent form I signed before I got my tattoo, he tells me "no" because it's his "rules" - Then [redacted] gets upset and calls the cops on me because I said I wasn't leaving without seeing the consent form. When the cops came.. I talked to them.. They let me know that I'm not even allowed back into the shop. I'll be arrested for "trespassing" - The cop (officer [redacted]) said its a private owned business so there's nothing I could do but sue & call the Revdex.com. ... Now when I wrote a review on Facebook. He is replying to other people "you must be friends with the girl I had removed from the premises" this whole situation is VERY unprofessional. Extremely upsetting. Desired SettlementAll I ever wanted was my $50 refund. & respect.

I went to get a monroe and belly ring 4-6-16. The guy had pierced the guy pierced me in the wrong spot with a needle to thick at a slat.I came in o. 4-6-16 to get a belly ring and monroe piercing. I paid 10 for the monroe and 16 for the belly ring 26 total in cash. When I went back to te piercing booth the piercer asked me what size needle he should use. I said I didnt know what length both he should use for my monroe and said hes the expert. He then asked what color belly ring would I like. The belly jewlery was not what is supposed to be used for an initial piercing. It should be a hoop for swelling and cleaning. He assured me it was fine. So since I had a monroe before I told him to pierce the same spot as I had a mark. He said okay. He pierced me a blood started running down my face. This was due because he used a thicker guage than he should have. When I looked in the mirror the post was way to thick. The piercing was at a SLANT and he missed the spot he was to pierce. I asked he take it out. Did not let him do my belly ring. I said they can keep the 10 dollars for the monroe but would like .y 16 dollars back for the belly jewlery as nothing was done. They refused and said all sales final even though there was technically no sale.Desired SettlementI would like my money back at least for the eork that was not done
