PUNISHED FOR NOT SAYING THE "RIGHT" WORD
For 11 years, I've been a faithful customer of Romatix in Imperial Beach, purchasing among things but consistently "head cleaners" or "cleaners". I am 60 years old remembering when they were simply called poppers. I went in. I didn't see the display. The staff member stared at me as I looked finally asking where the Jungle Juice or Amsterdam... He looked confused and wasn't pointing me to anything. Then I said, "The poppers." He then drew my attention to the display with the bottles. I asked for two of one of the bottles. He told me since I said "the P word" he could not sell me any for 24 hours. I then said, Okay, I'd like 2 of the Cleaners. No, he said. he was not allowed to sell me any. I asked what the Manager, Rita would say. Her and I have had a good relationship over the years. He called her. "A regular customer is wanting.. and he said the "p" word." I was again denied. Okay. I understand not using the "P" word but 1. I didn't do anything wrong. 2. been a faithful and loyal customer 3. there was no education but a sign that said "Cleaners" -- it didn't say "Don't say the "P word" or we can't help you." This was disappointing, frustrating. Especially since I walked there, over 1.5 miles. That walking part is beside the point but I think this "dont' say the forbidden word" or we will treat you like a bad customer is insane. I would like there to be a sign in the store that educates customers to this policy - that I knew nothing of - and I want to be compensated for my time in going to the store and being treated so poorly -- something as simple as free bottles of "the p word." seriously, I expect no one to take me seriously. I am so disappointed. Loyalty today means nothing. Absolutely nothing.

After reviewing the complaint we have found that the missing item was shipped separately to the customerThe attached image is the tracking for that package showing that it arrive the day after this complaint was posted We received the voicemail on 3/(Saturday) and returned with an email (see below) giving her the tracking of the package and information as to it's whereabouts Someone should've told me it was shipped separatelyAnd I still haven't received it.On Mar 23, 7:AM, " [redacted] " < [redacted] > wrote:Hello [redacted] , I received your voice mail and email this morning I have attached a link below for you Your DVD shipped out on 3/15/and looks to have been arrived at the post office on 3/19/[redacted] Thank you,*** We apologize that the package did not arrive as expectedWe will make sure we provide clearer tracking in the future on orders like this so our customers can easily follow up and see where their orders are If there are any further questionsI can be contacted via Revdex.com or directly at: [redacted] or ###-###-####
