11/10/16TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCT IS TAKING CARE OF THE ISSUE. THE MANUFACTURER IS BUYING BACK THE PRODUCT FROM THE CONSUMER. THE MANUFACTURER HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE CONSUMER.CORRECTLY ACCORDING TO THE MANUFACTUER...
GUIDELINES. THE CONSUMER DID NOT LIKE THE WAY IT OPERATED SO THE MANUFACTURER IS GIVING THEM BACK THERE MONEY. THERE IS NO OTHER PRODUCT THEY HAVE THAT WILL OPERATE ANY DIFFERENTLY.THANK YOU
