Romco Roofing

Saw Chris once, never saw him again, never answered any questions I had after the job started, just disappeared on me. Did sent an invoice, not happy with Romco Roofing.
Completely dissatisfied with the service and the job is still not finished as far as I am concerned, yet do not hear back. How is my warranty claim going to ever get answered if he cannot answer questions within a week of a job finishing without a walk-through?
How does a new roof have a dip in it?

I highly recommend Romco Roofing because they very helpful and professional in their workmanship. Our insurance company was only going to replace the damaged areas of our roof, about 60%, not the entire roof. I told Chris that I wasn't willing to pay for the difference to roof the entire house because I couldn't afford it. He asked for the adjusters name and phone number, talked to him and when it was all said and done, he got the insurance company to pay for the entire roof and I spent NO money out of pocket.

My next door neighbor who got his house roofed by someone else was not happy with his roof but gave me a nice compliment on mine. When the building inspector came to inspect the roof he asked who the roofer was. When I told him it was Romco Roofing he said, "You pass." and handed me my green tag without even going up on the roof. He also said that Romco Roofing was one of the better roofers he's had to inspect.

after a major storm in a smallish town, several companies from all over flood the area offering their services. I chose Romco because my neighbor was using them. everyone local thinks you're nuts to use someone from out of town, and maybe rightly so, but I'm happy to say that Chris from romco was a real pleasure to work with. he was honest, available, flexible, and I felt comfortable with him. his crew did a great job. quick, but thorough and my roof looks great!

Romco roofing is a pleasure to work with. They are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. After 30 years the roof looks great again and was completed in a timely manner (one day). I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to friends and family.

Romco Roofing put a new roof on for me in September 2015. They put a new roof on my house and two sheds. Chris looked at my roof, we called the insurance company and they were here when the insurance adjuster came out to inspect my roof. Romco Roofing were very professional and I was impressed with the work that they did for me. When they were working on my roof, Chris came by several times to check on the work being done and checked on the roof when the work was completed. When they were done, they cleaned up all of their mess. I have recommended Romco Roofing to people I know and I will continue to recommend Romco Roofing. I definitely would use Romco Roofing again.!!!!
